At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm any service (you also have the choice of paying in full if you'd like).
Payment options include credit card via Stripe (3.5% user fee will be added), Venmo, and Zelle.

The deposit will not be returned if appointments are canceled within the scheduled time frame of booking:
Walks/Single Visit - 24 Hours
Multiple Visits - 3 days
Overnight Stays - 7 days
To decrease key pick up/drop off trips for those who don't have a digital key entry, we ask that a lockbox be used to secure your house key.

Report cards, photos, maps, profiles and billing is all done through Precise Petcare. When your sitter arrives, you’ll receive a notification alerting you that services have started.
For walks and visits, you’ll receive an update at the end of the service that includes photos, a report, and the GPS route (for walks).
For overnight stays, the frequency of updates (report and photos) will be discussed prior to your departure.
For any emergencies or urgent questions, your sitter will contact you immediately! When you schedule your service, you’ll fill out an Emergency Form that will specify where to take your pet in case of a medical emergency and who to reach out to.
